*Undergraduate/Master's student: Full-time undergraduate and master's students only. A proof of student status should be mailed, prior to or immediately after registration, to ivona.belamaric@spektar-holidays.hr.
Participant, Non–salaried and Student registration fee includes: Admission to all Scientific Sessions, Admission to Poster Area and Exhibition, Conference Materials, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks and Light Lunches, City tour 
Accompanying Person registration fee includes: Admission to general areas of the Conference Venue, Poster Area and Exhibition (but not to Scientific Sessions), Coffee Breaks and Light Lunches, City tour
Conference dinner is a ticketed event and there is a limited number of places

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
Cancellation before  March 5, 2025 – full refund deducting a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Cancellation from March 6 till April 5, 2025 – a refund of 50% deducting a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Cancellation after April 5, 2025 – after this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
IMPORTANT: Spektar putovanja d.o.o. reserves the right to charge 30,00 EUR  for any name change.
 
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All payments should be made in advance in EUR on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.

• Bank transfer  - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o. The participant's full name and the Reference number 0010/003/2025 should be included with the payment.

• Credit card - the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated acording to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.
• Credit card offline: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard  
  For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja.
• Credit card online:American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
  For the credit card online payment you will be redirected to the secure T-com PayWay web page (32-bit SSL encripted), to finelised your payment.
