Accommodation in HOTEL LERO **** and CITY HOTEL **** can be booked through our technical organizer - SPEKTAR PUTOVANJA.

Rates are in EUR, per room, per day (breakfast, city tax and VAT are included).

Accommodation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

After this date we can not guarantee the availability of accommodation.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
Cancellation before  March 5, 2025 – full refund deducting a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Cancellation from March 6 till April 5, 2025 – a refund of 50% deducting a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Cancellation after April 5, 2025 – after this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
IMPORTANT: Spektar putovanja d.o.o. reserves the right to charge 30,00 EUR  for any name change.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All payments should be made in advance in EUR on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.

• Bank transfer  - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o. The participant's full name and the Reference number 0010/003/2025 should be included with the payment.

• Credit card - the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated acording to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.

  For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja.

HOTEL LERO ****
From the moment its doors opened in 1972, Hotel Lero has been woven into the fabric of Dubrovnik, creating unforgettable moments for generations of local visitors, travellers and team members. It was initially designed and built in 1971 as a student dormitory, but never fulfilled that role. Hotel Lero is Dubrovnik’s meeting place. In its heart is the beautiful Piano Bar, where locals and travellers alike make business arrangements or simply come to relax with their loved ones. All rooms feature complementary Wi-Fi, SAT TV with flat LED screen, air-conditioning with individual control, mini bar, electric kettle, tea and coffee facilities, direct dial telephone, electronic safe deposit box, desk console, wardrobe/closet, bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and toiletries. Many of these rooms include partial views of the Adriatic Sea as well.
