LIBRARIES IN THE DIGITAL AGE (LIDA) 2018

University of Zadar, Croatia, 13 - 15 June 2018

Libraries in the Digital Age (LIDA) addresses the changing and challenging environment for libraries and information systems and services in the digital world. LIDA is an international biennial conference that brings together researchers, educators, practitioners, and developers from all over the world in a forum for personal exchanges, discussions, and learning, made easier by being held in memorable environs. This year’s theme is "Social Justice, Community Engagement and Information Institutions: Access, Diversity, and Inclusion". We welcome papers that address critical and theoretical examination of the theme; present current research and evidence, as well as examination of best practices from the field, and practitioner perspectives and applications.

Due to multiple questions, we extended deadline for Submission of proposals for papers, panels and workshops. Instead 15 January 2018 new deadline is 1 February 2018. We also announce that registration is open! Please, go to link and register for the LIDA 2018!

We've extended the deadline for posters, student showcase submissions, and submissions to the doctoral forum to February 25th.
