Catherine Bonser ( OCLC PICA): From the cradle to the grave: The digital life cycle

 

OCLC PICA Digital & Preservation Resources provide libraries with the flexibility to preserve and manage digital collections via microfilming, digitising, collection management tools and archiving services.

This introductory workshop provides an overview of the issues to be considered when planning a digitisation project. It is aimed at information professionals and archivists working in all types of cultural institutions who are taking their first steps down the digital creation path.
