Emil Levine (Vienna, Austria): Design and operation of a small special library: Digital resource implications

The workshop will assume development of a new special library and will cover
all aspects, including space management, personnel, budget, subscription
services, integrated library systems, electronic services and user training.
It is a case study based on Mr. Levine's recent development of two such
libraries in the United Nations.
