CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Ivona Belamarić from Spektar putovanja d.o.o. at ivona.belamaric@spektar-holidays.hr

All cancellations due to the novel coronavirus COVID-19 are entitled full refund deducting only a handling fee of 30 EUR.

IMPORTANT: Spektar putovanja d.o.o. reserves the right to charge 30,00 EUR  for any name change.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
All payments should be made in advance in EURO or KUNA and made out to ''SPEKTAR PUTOVANJA'' d.o.o.

  • Bank transfer  - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o. The participant's full name and the Reference number 0021/003/2021 should be included with the payment.

  • Credit card - the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated acording to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.
  • Credit card offline: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard  
    For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja.
  • Credit card online:American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
    For the credit card online payment you will be redirected to the secure T-com PayWay web page (32-bit SSL encripted), to finelised your payment.
