Contribution guidelines:

PAPER PROPOSAL

Proposals for papers should be submitted as extended, structured abstracts (maximum of 1,500 words, not including references). Abstract should clearly state theoretical background, research questions, approach, method, (expected) results and references. A maximum of five key words should be provided. 
For quotations, footnotes and references authors should use Chicago Manual of Style, Author-Date System, available at the web site http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide.html (choose Author-Date for sample citations). 
All work should be in English, original and not previously published. Submission of proposals/extended abstracts should be made using the EasyChair submission system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lida2020)

POSTER PROPOSAL

Proposals for posters should be submitted as extended, structured abstracts (maximum of 750 words, not including references). Poster guidelines

WORKSHOP PROPOSAL

Proposals for workshops should be prepared as a short description, up to 750 words (not counting references). Workshop description should address the following: content of the workshop (background, purpose, objectives), duration, intended audience, proposed format (panels, papers, discussion etc.), goals or outcomes, preferred number of participants.

PHD FORUM/STUDENT SHOWCASE PROPOSAL

Proposals for PhD Forum and Student showcase should be submitted as extended, structured abstracts of up to 750 words, not including references. PhD Forum/student showcase extended abstract should clearly state theoretical background, research questions, approach, method, (expected) results and references. A maximum of five key words should be provided.
For quotations, footnotes and references authors should use Chicago Manual of Style, Author-Date System, available at the web  site http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide.html (choose Author-Date for sample citations).

All submissions for Student Showcase automatically enter in the competition for the LIDA 2020 an Outstanding Student Award.

PANEL PROPOSAL

Proposals for panels should be submitted as extended, structured abstracts of up to 750 words, not including references. Panel extended abstract should clearly state the title, format and the goals of the panel session. The expected make up of panelists and duration should also be noted.
