Lana Šuster, Head of Library at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, University of Osijek. Graduated in Librarianship and Croatian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. Uses the experience of working in a library to investigate, among other things, the communication between the user and the librarian despite the digital changes that distance the user from verbal communication. Inspired by creative students at the Faculty, she sees the Library as a place of birth of the idea of associating all study programs at the Faculty in the world of art, a place of socializing through the students' word. Jorge Luis Borges' thought that "The library will endure; it is the universe…" can really put a university library at the center of events. The rhythm a library can offer is a change that a user can accept.
