Dr. Kornelija Petr Balog is a Professor at Department of Information Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Osijek, Croatia. She obtained her PhD in Information Science (2004) from Zagreb University, Croatia. Her research interests are in information retrieval, performance measurement, information literacy, and organisation of information. Currently, she is working on the projects on older adults and their usage of ICT and information needs of Alzheimer's disease patients and their caregivers. She can be reached at kpetr@ffos.hr.
