Tamara Heck is a researcher at the Information Center for Education at DIPF | Leibniz Institute for Research and Information in Education in Frankfurt, Germany. She investigates how people seek information and online resources and how infrastructures and tools influence their behaviour and practices. Her research includes information seeking behaviour and the design of user-centred informational systems, as well as conceptions and behaviour of open science practices in research and education.
