Tenth conference LIDA will be held in two locations: in Dubrovnik and Zadar (Croatia). Participants should plan to arrive to Dubrovnik on Sunday 24 May 2009 because the program starts on Monday 25 May, 2009 at 9 a.m. Invited talks, accepted papers and workshops are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday (25-26 May).
Tranfer (by bus) to Zadar shall be organized for all participants on Wednesday 27 May. On the way to Zadar, a visit to Trogir is planned. The lunch for all participants is included and the expected arrival to Zadar is planned for late evening. 
On 28-29 May, 2009 conference is continued in Zadar (invited talks, accepted papers, poster session, PhD Forum and the talk with the guest of honour professor Michael Buckland). Conference closes on Saturday, 30 May with the post-conference workshops and visits to local cultural heritage institutions. More detailed information about these visits shall be posted later on.
From Zadar you can fly to Zagreb or directly to European destination. All information can be found at Zadar Airport web site http://www.zadar-airport.hr/hr/. There is also a very good bus connection between Zadar and Zagreb.
If you decide to return to Dubrovnik (and fly home from there) you should organize that trip on your own. There are regular bus lines from Zadar to Dubrovnik on daily basis and they take ca 9 hours.
